Deleting your account and data
Firma@KFBase is run by KFBASE LTD. You can delete your data like this:
Office account (Sign in with Google or Apple)
In the web app: Settings → My settings → “Delete my account”. You leave every business, and your name, e-mail and sign-in details are deleted. A business owner first closes the business or hands it over.
Worker with the phone app
The phone connects to the business with a QR code – there is no separate account. Ask your company's office to remove you and anonymise your data (name and contact details are deleted). You can also write to us – we pass the request to the company, which controls your data.
A whole business
The owner: Settings → “Close the business”. It can be restored for 30 days; then all its data and files are deleted, and they disappear from backups within a further 30 days. All the data can be downloaded first (Settings → Data export).
What is kept
Invoices for the plan stay in the payment system as long as the law requires. Invoices the business issued stay in its invoicing service (Fakturownia, Xero).
